  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM NEAR OTIS...OR  9 MILES
  SOUTHEAST OF CARLSBAD...MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH. THIS STORM HAS
  DUMPED UP TO 1.50 INCHES OF RAIN IN LESS THAN AN HOUR OVER
  PARTS OF CARLSBAD. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE IN THE
  WARNED AREAS.
