* AT 1147 AM CST...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR FREDERICKTOWN...AND MOVING EAST AT 50 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO.

  IMPACT...MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED. DAMAGE TO
