* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN LABETTE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS...
  SOUTHERN NEOSHO COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS...

* UNTIL 830 PM CDT.

* AT 529 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM THUNDERSTORMS TRACKING ACROSS SOUTHERN
  NEOSHO AND NORTHERN LABETTE COUNTIES.  THESE STORMS ARE MOVING
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

  DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED BETWEEN ONE AND TWO INCHES OF
  RAIN HAVE FALLEN ACROSS THE AREA...WITH ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS
  OF 1 INCHES POSSIBLE.  THIS RAINFALL WILL FALL ON GROUNDS THAT ALREADY
  ARE SATURATED...THUS MOST OF THE RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO RUNOFF.
