  SEVERAL ISOLATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING         
  DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THE STORMS WERE LOCATED       
  BETWEEN WHY AND HICKIWAN. THE STORMS WERE MOVING SLOWLY TO THE
