STRONG THUNDERSTORM 38 MILES SOUTH OF BALTIMORE...MOVING EAST AT 20
MPH. THE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR TILGHMAN ISLAND AROUND 300 PM...
ST. MICHAELS...TALBOT AROUND 315 PM...OXFORD...COPPERVILLE AROUND 330
PM...EASTON AND HAMBLETON AROUND 345 PM.

VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL FROM THIS STORM...AND WILL CAUSE WATER TO 
POND ON ROADS AND QUICKLY FILL POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.
