...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT MONMOUTH AND OCEAN COUNTIES...

AT 439 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING ALONG THE NEW JERSEY SHORE FROM 
NEAR SANDY HOOK TO NEAR ATLANTIC CITY. THE STORMS WILL MOVE SLOWLY 
OUT TO SEA THROUGH 600 PM. 

DANGEROUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING WILL OCCUR WITH THE STRONGEST 
STORMS. IF YOU SEE LIGHTNING OR HEAR THUNDER...MOVE INDOORS 
IMMEDIATELY. 

VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL FROM THE STRONGEST STORMS...AND WILL CAUSE 
WATER TO POND ON ROADS AND QUICKLY FILL POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.

WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH AND SMALL HAIL ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.
