...SHOWERS WITH ISOLATED EMBEDDED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING 
HEAVY RAINFALL WILL AFFECT SUSSEX COUNTY...

AT 416 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SHOWERS
WITH HEAVY RAINFALL ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 13 MILES SOUTHEAST OF
GEORGETOWN TO 36 MILES SOUTHWEST OF GEORGETOWN...MOVING NORTHEAST AT
10 MPH. THE SHOWERS WILL BE NEAR GUMBORO AROUND 425 PM...LONG NECK
AROUND 430 PM AND MILLSBORO AROUND 500 PM.

VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL FROM THESE SHOWERS...AND WILL CAUSE WATER
TO POND ON ROADS AND QUICKLY FILL POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.

FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH A COUPLE OF 
THESE SHOWERS. DO NOT SEEK SHELTER UNDER TREES WHEN LIGHTNING 
THREATENS...MOVE INDOORS WHEN A THUNDERSTORM APPROACHES.

SHOWERS AND ISOLATED EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS MAY CONTINUE IN THIS 
AREA OF DELAWARE THROUGH AT LEAST 7 PM WITH ISOLATED RAINFALL 
AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES.
