SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WILL MOVE ACROSS CHESAPEAKE 
BAY AND THEY SHOULD AFFECT PARTS OF KENT COUNTY AND QUEEN ANNE'S 
COUNTY BEFORE MIDNIGHT.

ISOLATED AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN ARE POSSIBLE AND IT MAY CAUSE PONDING 
OF WATER ON ROADWAYS AND FLOODING IN AREAS OF POOR DRAINAGE.

THERE MAY BE WIND GUSTS TO 35 MPH.

DANGEROUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING IS POSSIBLE. DO NOT SEEK SHELTER
