SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO DRIFT INTO 
CECIL COUNTY FROM THE WEST LATE THIS EVENING.

ISOLATED AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN ARE POSSIBLE AND IT MAY CAUSE PONDING 
OF WATER ON ROADWAYS AND FLOODING IN AREAS OF POOR DRAINAGE.

THERE MAY BE WIND GUSTS TO 35 MPH.

FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING IS POSSIBLE. DO NOT SEEK SHELTER 
UNDER TREES WHEN LIGHTNING THREATENS. MOVE INDOORS WHEN A
