STRENGTHENING THUNDERSTORM 20 MILES SOUTH OF DOVER...MOVING 
SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH. THE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR FARMINGTON 
AROUND 445 PM...GREENWOOD AROUND 500 PM...BRIDGEVILLE AROUND 
515 PM...SEAFORD AROUND 530 PM...BLADES AND GEORGETOWN AROUND 545 PM.

THE OUTFLOW FROM PREVIOUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL INTERSECT THIS 
STORM AFTER 5 PM AND CAUSE FURTHER INTENSIFICATION. BRIEF
HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL FROM THIS STORM...AND WILL CAUSE WATER TO
