AND TALBOT COUNTIES...

AT 406 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN 
AREA OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS. THE STORMS WITH LOCALLY GUSTY WINDS 
EXTEND FROM CENTRAL DELAWARE SOUTHWEST TO TALBOT COUNTY MARYLAND. 
THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH. 

WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.
