  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE      
  WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES SHOW 2 TO 3 INCHES OF         
  RAINFALL DURING THE LAST 90 MINUTES, WITH HEAVY RAINFALL STILL     
  OCCURRING.
