AT 302 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED THAT THUNDERSTORMS WERE RAPIDLY
DEVELOPING 7 MILES SOUTHEAST OF WASECA...OR 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF NEW
RICHLAND. OTHER STORMS WERE DEVELOPING BETWEEN WALDORF AND NEW 
RICHLAND. THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.

ONE HALF INCH DIAMETER HAIL AND WINDS UP TO 40 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH
THESE STORMS.
