  NORTHERN GOODHUE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA...
  SOUTHERN DAKOTA COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...

* UNTIL 530 AM CDT

* AT 1139 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR            
  INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ARE EXPECTED TO   
  MOVE ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR 1 TO 3     
  INCHES OF RAIN WITHIN A COUPLE HOUR WINDOW. THE AREA IS            
  ALREADY SATURATED FROM RAIN EARLIER THIS WEEK.
