  FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM NEAR MIDLAND...MOVING NORTHEAST 
  AT 5 MPH. RADAR ESTIMATES OF ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN 
  IN MIDLAND AND ALONG HIGHWAY 349 SOUTH OF MIDLAND. FLASH FLOODING  
  IS EXPECTED PARTICULARLY IN POOR DRAINAGE AREAS OF UNDERPASSES AND
