* AT 521 PM CDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD
  NEAR ALMERIA...OR 12 MILES NORTHWEST OF TAYLOR. A TORNADO MAY
  DEVELOP AT ANY TIME. DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED THIS DANGEROUS STORM
  MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF CENTRAL LOUP COUNTY.
