  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL.  THIS
  STORM WAS LOCATED 6 MILES SOUTH OF BASSETT...AND MOVING NORTHEAST
  AT 10 MPH.
