  NORTHWESTERN BATH COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY...

* UNTIL 400 PM EDT

* AT 1055 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE  
  WARNED AREA. DOPPLER ESTIMATES OF 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN 
  IN THE PAST HOUR WITH ANOTHER 2 TO 3 INCHES LIKELY IN THE NEXT 
  COUPLE HOURS.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
