* AT 529 PM EDT...RADAR INDICATED THAT THUNDERSTORMS HAD PRODUCED
  HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. GAUGES IN THE AREA ARE
  MEASURING OVER AN INCH OF RAIN IN UNDER 15 MINUTES.

* HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA WITH ANOTHER   
  TWO TO THREE INCHES POSSIBLE THROUGH 730 PM EDT. RUNOFF FROM
