* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CHAMPAIGN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL OHIO...
  CLARK COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL OHIO...

* UNTIL 945 PM EDT.

* AT 750 PM EDT...RADAR INDICATED THAT THUNDERSTORMS HAD PRODUCED   
  HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. IN THE AREA NEAR AND WEST 
  OF URBANA...EARLIER THUNDERSTORMS DUMPED FROM 1.5 TO 2 INCHES OF 
  RAIN...WITH ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN NOW MOVING INTO THE AREA.

* HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES TO FALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA WITH ANOTHER   
  1 TO 1.5 INCHES POSSIBLE THROUGH 945 PM EDT. RUNOFF FROM THIS   
  EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO OCCUR.

  HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATED AS MUCH AS 
  2.5 TO NEARLY 3 INCHES HAS FALLEN OVER PORTIONS OF THE WARNED AREA 
  THROUGH THIS EVENING. 

* ADDITIONAL THEUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO PUSH THROUGH THE AREA 
  THROUGH 11 PM...WHICH WILL LIKELY WORSEN OR PROLONG EXISTING
