  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE      
  WARNED AREA. AROUND TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST 24   
  HOURS AND AN ADDITIONAL INCH OF RAIN IS EXPECTED OVER THE FEW      
  HOURS.
