* AT 151 PM CDT...NWS METEOROLOGISTS HAVE DETECTED A SEVERE
  THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 11 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
  SMILEY...OR ABOUT 14 MILES EAST OF KOSCIUSKO...MOVING EAST AT 20
  MPH.
