  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL...AND
  DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR
  BURNT RANCH...OR 13 MILES SOUTHEAST OF WILLOW CREEK...AND MOVING
