  VERY STRONG ROTATION ASSOCIATED WITH A POSSIBLE TORNADO 5 MILES
  NORTH OF DILLWYN. THIS DANGEROUS STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35
  MPH. DESTRUCTIVE HAIL UP TO TWO INCHES IN DIAMETER IS ALSO EXPECTED
