AT 220 PM...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS TO 
40 MPH AND PENNY SIZED HAIL WAS LOCATED NEAR NEWBURY...AND WAS 
MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

THIS STORM WILL MOVE ACROSS COASTAL ESSEX COUNTY THROUGH 315 PM.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...ROWLEY...IPSWICH...ESSEX...
  GLOUCESTER AND ROCKPORT.

HEAVY RAIN MAY CAUSE MINOR STREET FLOODING AND PONDING OF WATER IN
