* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL MAYES COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA...
  CENTRAL ROGERS COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 900 PM CDT

* AT 510 PM CDT...MAYES COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED ROADS   
  AND CREEKS FLOODED IN AND AROUND PRYOR. NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE   
  DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER    
  THE WARNED AREA. THREE TO FIVE INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS ALREADY      
  OCCURRED WITH AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES POSSIBLE. 

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT COULD EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  CLAREMORE...PRYOR...CHOUTEAU...LOCUST GROVE...ROSE...SALINA...
