  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER MUCH OF THE THE WARNED     
  AREA. 3 TO 6 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS ALREADY OCCURRED WITH LOCAL    
  AMOUNTS NEAR 10 INCHES ACROSS CRAIG COUNTY. AN ADDITIONAL 2 TO 3   
  INCHES OF RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE INTO THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.
  
  THIS IS A LIFE THREATENING SITUATION. MAJOR FLOODING IS
  OCCURRING IN THESE COUNTIES...WITH SEVERAL REPORTS OF WATER RESCUES 
  NEAR VINITA. MAJOR FLOODING WAS REPORTED IN THE TOWN OF ZENA IN    
  DELAWARE COUNTY.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT COULD EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
