MARYLAND AND CENTRAL DELAWARE. THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE CAPABLE OF 
PRODUCING STRONG GUSTY WINDS UP TO 50 MPH...HEAVY RAIN...AND NUMEROUS
CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING STRIKES. PONDING OF WATER IN LOW LYING
