* AT 500 PM EDT...THE GREAT EGG HARBOR RIVER AT FOLSOM WAS CONTINUING 
  TO RISE SLOWLY DUE TO RUNOFF FROM SUNDAY'S HEAVY RAINFALL. MINOR
  FLOODING WAS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE 
  THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. 

A FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR HAS BEEN REPORTED.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS. THE WATER MAY BE
