DEVELOPING THUNDERSTORM 2 MILES NORTHWEST OF NEWTON...MOVING EAST AT 
20 MPH. THE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR OGDENSBURG AROUND 525 PM.

VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL FROM THIS STORM...AND WILL CAUSE WATER TO
