MILES SOUTHWEST OF ELKTON TO 20 MILES WEST OF MIDDLETOWN...MOVING 
EAST SOUTHEAST AT 25 TO 30 MPH. THUNDERSTORMS SHOULD BE NEAR 
CAYOTS...KENNEDYVILLE AROUND 310 PM...CHESAPEAKE
