TALBOT COUNTIES...

AT 9397 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN 
ISOLATED STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE BAY...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. 
THE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR TILGHMAN ISLAND AND TALBOT AROUND 1000 
PM...ST. MICHAELS AROUND 1015 PM...OXFORD AND EASTON AROUND 1030 
PM...AND TRAPPE AND HAMBLETON AROUND 1045 PM.

VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL FROM THIS STORM...AND IT MAY CAUSE
