AT 1140 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
STRONG THUNDERSTORM 16 MILES WEST OF GEORGETOWN...MOVING NORTHEAST AT
25 MPH.

HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL FROM THIS STORM, AND WILL CAUSE WATER TO POND 
ON ROADS AND QUICKLY FILL ROADSIDE DITCHES AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.
