AT 405 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
STRONG THUNDERSTORM 2 MILES SOUTHEAST OF GUMBORO...MOVING EAST AT 10 
MPH. THE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR MILLSBORO AROUND 415 
PM...SELBYVILLE AND FRANKFORD AROUND 430 PM...MILLVILLE AROUND 500 
PM...AND FENWICK ISLAND AND SOUTH BETHANY AROUND 515 PM.

VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL FROM THIS STORM...AND IT WILL CAUSE WATER 
TO POND ON ROADS AND QUICKLY FILL ROADSIDE DITCHES AND SMALL STREAMS.
