...A CLUSTER OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT BERKS COUNTY...

AT 634 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
CLUSTER OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS 18 MILES NORTH OF LANCASTER...MOVING 
NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE NEAR WOMELSDORF 
AROUND 700 PM...BERNVILLE AROUND 715 PM...STRAUSSTOWN AROUND 730 
PM...PORT CLINTON AND HAMBURG AROUND 745 PM.

VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL FROM THESE STORMS...AND WILL CAUSE WATER TO
POND ON ROADS AND QUICKLY FILL ROADSIDE DITCHES AND SMALL STREAMS. 
HEAVY RAIN FELL IN PORTIONS OF WESTERN BERKS COUNTY EARLIER THIS 
AFTERNOON. THE ADDITIONAL RAIN COULD RESULT IN LOCALIZED STREET 
FLOODING AND FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS.

WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS...AS WELL AS 
SMALL HAIL.
