* AT 848 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  AN AREA OF VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY EXTENDING FROM 
  GLOUCESTER AND ATLANTIC COUNTIES NORTHEASTWARD TO MONMOUTH         
  COUNTY.  THIS AREA IS MOVING SLOWLY TO THE NORTHEAST.  RAINFALL OF 
  1 TO 2 INCHES IS LIKELY IN LOCATIONS THAT EXPERIENCE THE HEAVIEST   
  RAINFALL.  ADDITIONAL FLOODING OF ROADWAYS...LOW LYING AREAS AND
