* LOCATION...THE TIDAL SECTION OF THE DELAWARE RIVER AND ITS
  TRIBUTARIES UPSTREAM FROM THE PENNSYLVANIA AND DELAWARE STATE
  LINE. 

* COASTAL FLOODING...WATER LEVELS WILL APPROACH MINOR TIDAL FLOOD
  HEIGHTS AROUND THE TIME OF HIGH TIDE THIS AFTERNOON. THE HIGH
  TIDE REACHES PHILADELPHIA AT 222 PM AND FURTHER UPSTREAM AT
  BURLINGTON AND NEWBOLD ONE TO TWO HOURS LATER.

* IMPACTS...WHILE WIDESPREAD MINOR TIDAL FLOODING IS NOT EXPECTED,
  THE HIGH VOLUME OF WATER MOVING DOWN THE DELAWARE RIVER COULD
  CAUSE SOME SPILLOVER IN THE MOST VULNERABLE LOCATIONS.
