  HEAVY RAINFALL OVER EASTERN OVERTON COUNTY...MAINLY IN THE AREA
  FROM ALPINE TO ALLRED TO CRAWFORD. RADAR INDICATES AS MUCH AS 3 
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR. THIS WILL LIKELY
  RESULT IN FLOODING OF AREA ROADWAYS...CREEKS AND STREAMS IN 
  EASTERN OVERTON COUNTY.
