* AT 120 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THE AREA AROUND AND SOUTH OF JAMESTOWN ON OR
NEAR HIGHWAY 127. RADAR ESTIMATES AS MUCH AS 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL
HAS OCCURRED IN SOME AREAS. THIS WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLOODING OF
SOME ROADWAYS AND LOW AREAS.
