* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WESTERN GREENE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI...
  SOUTHERN PERRY COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI...

* UNTIL 645 PM CST

* AT 345 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THAT NEAR
  SATURATED SOIL CONDITIONS EXIST ACROSS THE WARNED AREA DUE TO
  HEAVY RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 3 TO 4 INCHES THAT FELL DURING THE LATE
  MORNING HOURS.  SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS THE
  AREA AND BRING 1.5 TO 2 INCHES OF ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OVER THE
  NEXT ONE TO TWO HOURS.  DUE TO THE NEAR SATURATED SOIL
  CONDITIONS...THIS WILL RESULT IN FLASH FLOODING.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO MCLAIN

DEEPER THAN THEY APPEAR. JUST ONE FOOT OF FLOWING WATER IS POWERFUL
ENOUGH TO SWEEP VEHICLES OFF THE ROAD. WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED
ROADS MAKE THE SMART CHOICE...TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN.
