* AT 245 PM CST...STONE COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED A
  RAPID RISE ON FLINT CREEK DUE TO HEAVY RAINS EARLIER THIS
  MORNING.  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES WILL
  OCCUR AS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO MOVE OVER THE
  AREA.  THESE WATER RISES COULD AFFECT THE AREA AROUND THE
  CONFLUENCE OF RED CREEK AND FLINT CREEK. 

* THIS WILL AFFECT MAINLY RURAL PORTIONS OF NORTHERN STONE COUNTY.
