* AT 1031 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY
  HEAVY RAIN FROM THUNDERSTORMS MOVING ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO LAUREL HILL
  AND BAKER...MILLIGAN AND GALLIVER.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN
THE WARNED AREA. UP TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY OCCURRED
OVER THE WARNED SINCE 7 AM.
