A RIVER FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR SHINGLE CREEK,
INCLUDING CAMPBELL. MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING, WITH RIVER
LEVELS FORECASTED TO DECREASE.  

SHINGLE CREEK HAS RESPONDED TO THE HEAVY RAINS OVER THE PAST TWO
DAYS WITH A SLOW BUT STEADY RISE. THE CREEK IS FORECAST TO CREST
JUST ABOVE OVERNIGHT AND FALL BELOW FLODD STAGE DURING TUESDAY,
FOLLOWED BY A SLOW FALL THROUGH MID WEEK.
