* AT 344 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
VERY HEAVY RAINFALL FROM TRAINING THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WARNED 
AREA.  RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES INDICATED 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAD 
FALLEN OVER THE WARNED AREA WITH MORE RAIN EXPECTED.  THIS AMOUNT OF 
WATER WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLASH FLOODING.
