  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF POPLARVILLE...

* UNTIL 645 PM CDT

* AT 613 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS DETECTED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 8 MILES NORTH OF
  POPLARVILLE...MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.

* THE TORNADO WILL MOVE ACROSS INTERSTATE 59 BETWEEN POPLARVILLE AND 
  LUMBERTON AROUND 630 PM.
