  THE ISLAND OF KAUAI IN KAUAI COUNTY

* UNTIL 700 AM HST

* AT 348 AM HST...THE HANALEI RIVER STREAM GAGE HAD A RAPID RISE 
  ABOVE 7 FEET. RADAR SHOWED AN AREA OF HEAVY RAIN COVERING THE 
  EASTERN AND CENTRAL KAUAI. THIS AREA OF HEAVY RAIN IS MOVING 
  NORTHWEST AT 10 MPH.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  KILAUEA...PRINCEVILLE...HANALEI...WAINIHA...HAENA...NA PALI STATE

POLICE DEPARTMENT IS CLOSING THE ROAD AT THE HANALEI BRIDGE. HEAVY 
RAINS CONTINUE TO AFFECT CENTRAL AND NORTHERN KAUAI. RAIN RATES OF 
OVER 2 INCHES PER HOUR HAVE BEEN REPORTED IN THE WAILUA AREA.
