* AT 658 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL EXTENDING FROM
  ASHLAND COUNTY TO VILAS COUNTY.  RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES OF 2 TO 
  4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SO FAR OVER THE WEST HALF OF VILAS
  COUNTY...WITH AN ADDITIONAL 2 TO 3 INCHES POSSIBLE BY 9 PM ACROSS
  THE WARNED AREA.    
 
* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO

THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL MOVED ACROSS VILAS COUNTY 
EARLY THIS EVENING. RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES INDICATE BETWEEN 2 TO 4 
INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS TO 5 TO 6 OVER WESTERN VILAS 
COUNTY FELL BETWEEN 5 PM AND 8 PM. AN ADDITIONAL ONE HALF INCH IS 
POSSIBLE THROUGH 10 PM.  

RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO 
OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY EXPERIENCE FLASH FLOODING
