* AT 538 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE    
  WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN
  ACROSS THE AREA...WITH ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL ANTICIPATED. 

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
