* UNTIL 800 PM EDT...

* AT 459 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES   
  AND RAIN GAGE REPORTS INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM NUMEROUS
  THUNDERSTORMS TRAINING TO THE NORTHEAST ACROSS THE SAME LOCATIONS. 
  RAINFALL OF 1 TO 1.5 INCHES HAS OCCURRED ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE 
  WARNING AREA WITHIN THE PAST 1 TO 2 HOURS...WHICH IS ENOUGH TO
  BEGIN FLASH FLOODING. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL OF 1 TO 2 INCHES 
  IS POSSIBLE THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING FROM MORE THUNDERSTORMS
  TRACKING NORTHEAST FROM THE MARYLAND PANHANDLE.
