  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM THUNDERSTORMS OVER WESTERN LYCOMING COUNTY.
  DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THAT BETWEEN 1.5 INCHES AND 2 INCHES OF    
  RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE PAST HOUR ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN AND
